MEET THE TEAM:
Do you want to know what it's like to work at the RIPE NCC? We had an interview with Noelle about her experience working as an Administrative Assistant.

👉 What do you enjoy most about working at the RIPE NCC?
I really appreciate my colleagues–I feel like I’m working alongside friends, which is amazing. I also love the international atmosphere. It makes the experience even more enjoyable.
👉 How does a typical day in this role look like?
Each day is different since we serve as a support team for the organisation. The tasks vary depending on who needs assistance or which project requires support, making every day unique. I really enjoy that aspect of the role. While there are some routine tasks, it's rare for two days to look exactly the same.

We are involved in supporting various projects and tasks across the company. In many other organisations, the administrative assistant roles might be more isolated from other departments, but that’s not the case here.
👉 What did you do during your last team outing?
We attended a cocktail workshop and enjoyed a delicious Indonesian dinner in the city. It was super fun to get together outside of work.
