Job description
Onsite: From our office at Amsterdam Central Station
Salary: EUR 2.400 per month (before taxes)
Length of assignment: 4 months
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
IMPORTANT: The candidate should be living in the Netherlands, as we are not offering a relocation package for this position.
In our Member Services department, we handle first-line support for our members, including membership applications, account updates, database support, general queries, and assistance during the billing cycle. We are preparing for an upcoming change in our database, which will involve contacting our members and supporting them in updating their authorisation details. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in customer service roles, and who is reliable and enjoys working independently. The candidate should be available for a period of four months.
🧠 What You Will Be Doing:
You will be contacting our members via email and support them in updating their information and account authentication in our database, which includes but is not limited to:
Member/End user initial verification
Check and confirm all documentation
Request and collect signatures from the authorised signatory
Ensure all required information is correctly entered in the ticket
Once complete, escalate the ticket to Second Line Support

Job requirements

Experience in customer service-related roles, administration or related fields.
Excellent organisation, communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
