Perform reviews of member accounts to maintain a trustworthy and up-to-date RIPE Registry.
Attend RIPE NCC and other industry events, representing the organisation and providing on-site member support, including presentations and training.
Continuously look at ways to improve internal processes and procedures, with the goal of enhancing efficiency and service quality.
